My POV on a Facebook LIKE


Ever thougt of checking your LIKEd pages in your profile, you must have liked more than 200 Brand pages till now, but how many do you visit in a week, how many do you even remember and how many do even actually LIKE by ite meaning. Today Brands are in a fight to achieve the maximum number of LIKEs as soon as possible, but does it gives them the needed reach comapring to other mediums.

Being a big facebooker myself, i recommend a brand should not ask for LIKE but gain LIKE on Facebook. Even Facebook takes care of its users with not showing them posts or content which we are not related too and which we are not ACTIVE with. Then why don't a Brand do the same with its FANs giving them what they like and make them ACTIVE with the Brand rather the page.

As the current reach of a single FB post is not more than 15-20% of your overall fanbase and even big Brands on FB has got not more than 0.1% users interactive with them, would sugest we put our thoughts to increase the reach and not increase the LIKEs to increase the volume in that reach percentage.

In my POV a Facebook campaign KPI should be how many people are ACTIVE with you and not just how many people have LIKEd you.
